Share your thoughts here about mothers working outside the home.
How do we (I say we because I currently do) live out the instruction to be workers at home and keep everything clean, and in order, and at peace?

Well I think working outside the home is an absolute must for some mother's especially if you have a certain lifestyle (i.e. - private schools, private lessons, etc) Of course ideally, you would want to be at home during the early years, which I was. Now I just make sure I have an absolute flexible schedule with my job, so I can be readily available.

Currently I am very much in the middle about this issue right now. With today's time in order to live the lifestyle that you would like typically both parents have to work. But I'm a school teacher. The times that I have a break I feel so much more refreshed and accomplished. Things I want and need to get accomplish are done and I'm not too exhausted to spend time with my husband. That's been a little of s struggle seeing that we have a 4 month old. I really do enjoy being at home. I've told this to my husband since we've been blessed to be parents. I guess it depends on the couple. IF you both feel you are fulfilling what the bible says about being keepers at home (and not come or justifying your own definition) then do what works for your family; working outside the home or staying at home.
